Our Policy

  • Please be advised that Body and Bikini Waxing Services can only be reserved by individuals aged 18 or older. For those under 18, we kindly request that they are accompanied by an adult during their appointment.

  • To secure any appointment, we require either card information or a deposit of $10.

    Please be advised that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. The remaining balance can be settled using cash, card, or Apple Pay.

  • It's important to us at Waxed by Tay that our clients are aware of our policies regarding tardiness and no-shows. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that you receive the full service you deserve. Please note that arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a $25 charge and a deduction in services. If you're more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled, and you will be considered a “No-Show”. Once considered a “No-Show” you will need to rebook online.

    Our "No-Show" policy states that,If a client misses a scheduled appointment they will be charged 100% of the service fee. This charge will be processed from the card on file, and if the payment fails, an invoice will be sent that must be paid within 24 hours. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to our team and other clients who could have taken that appointment slot. Thank you for understanding and for your continued support.

  • We offer the convenience of rescheduling or canceling your appointment online or directly from your confirmation/reminder email.

    Please note that appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time.

    Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, and subsequently not attending, will result in being marked as a 'No-Show.'

    Kindly be aware that you are responsible for managing your appointments, as we do not facilitate rescheduling or cancellations once they are booked."

  • We ask that our customers understand the importance of maintaining a clean and relaxing environment. We kindly request that all guests refrain from bringing outside food or drinks into our space to help us uphold our standards of cleanliness. Additionally, for the comfort of all our guest, we ask that you come to your appointment alone, without additional guests, children, or pets. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a tranquil atmosphere for everyone.

  • At the end of your service at checkout enter in your phone number to start receiving points. You are able to redeem points for money off! Customers earn 2 Points for each $1.00 spent.

    $1 = 2 POINTS

    500 POINTS = $5 OFF

    1000 POINTS = $10 OFF

    1500 POINTS = $15 OFF

    2000 POINTS = $20 OFF
